- Please note that no refunds, cancellations, or changes in the number of people in your party are possible after payment has been made.
- Promise Seat reservation deadline and food and beverage service details may vary depending on the event.
- Please note that there may be sharing of tables depending on the crowd.
- Customers cannot select specific seats.
- In the unlikely event that the event cannot be televised due to various reasons, all fees will be fully refunded.

What is the deadline for making IN-PERSON reservations?
IN-PERSON reservations are available until the last business day before the event date.
※ IN-PERSON reservations can only be made at the same store at which the event takes place.
What is the deadline for making ONLINE reservations?
ONLINE reservations are available until 10 AM on the day of the event.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
No. Promise sheets must be prepaid, so we cannot accept reservations over the phone.
Where can I check for events that can be reserved?
You can check on the “Promise Seat List”. Events marked with an “Open” label are available for Promise Seat reservations.
How many minutes before the match starts is my seat available?
The seat reservation goes from 30 minutes before the event begins until the end of the event.
This means you can arrive early, relax and enjoy food & drink, or come just before the game starts, or even during the game, and your seat will still be available for your use.
What happens to the seats that are not booked?
If there are unbooked seats available in the Promise Seat area on the day of the event, they will be made available for usual use with no additional charge.
